Seattle Pickup/Shuttle Information
  1. UPON ARRIVAL TO SEATAC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PROCEED TO GROUND TRANSPORTATION AND BOARD THE RENTAL CAR FACILITY SHUTTLE.
  2. Designated shuttle buses will operate 24 hours a day at the Sea-Tac Airport to take passengers to the new facility. There will be two passenger pick-up areas located outside baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.


Seattle Local Policies
  1. Local renters receive 150 free miles per day.
  2. Non-local renters receive unlimited mileage.
  3. Please inform us of any delays that you encounter on your trip. During peak season, reservations will be held for one hour past your pick up time and during off-peak season reservations will be held for two hours.
